WOMEN'S SPECIALTY PROGRAMS SECTION

Here is where you'll find all specialty training programs for men's footballers. They will run for 3 - 6 weeks each and will all follow the mantra of "1 Problem, 1 Solution".
Too often players try and improve everything at the same time which means you might improve slightly in all area's but not significantly in any of them.
You chose your glaring weakness, find the program that improves it and focus on that only.
Of course you still have footy training and games to tend to so these programs have been designed to "get the most from the least" and can be easily inserted into your weekly schedule without affecting energy and recovery for the important stuff.
